Article*:	Dear Publisher, This email is to notify you of an important change to our agreement. In order for Kontera to align with advertiser payment schedules (when we receive payment from advertisers), Kontera's publisher payment terms must change to the following: Payment Terms. Not more than fifteen (15) days after the end of each calendar month, Kontera will email to Publisher or post in the Publisher Center the finalized Fee due to Publisher for that calendar month. Forty-five (45) days following that period, Kontera will pay Publisher the Fee according to the emailed or posted report. Further, if the Fee due for any given month is less than fifty dollars ($50), Kontera will roll such amount over to the subsequent payment period, and shall not make any payment to Publisher until the accrued Fee for a payment period is at least fifty dollars ($50). Any dispute regarding a payment from Kontera hereunder must be submitted to Kontera in writing within thirty (30) days of posting date of such payment or it shall be deemed waived. Payment shall be calculated and finally settled solely based on records maintained by Kontera, and no other records will be deemed relevant for payment calculations or determinations. If Kontera pays Publisher by check, Publisher must collect such payment within one hundred and eighty days of the date of the check; otherwise such check will be null and void. This means your October earnings will be sent to you in January instead of in December. All subsequent monthly earnings will align with this new payment schedule as seen below: October Earnings--Paid in January November Earnings--Paid in February December Earnings--Paid in March January Earnings--Paid in April February Earnings--Paid in May March Earnings--Paid in June April Earnings--Paid in July May Earnings--Paid in August June Earnings--Paid in September July Earnings--Paid in October August Earnings--Paid in November September Earnings--Paid in December We recognize and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We hope you can understand why this change is necessary. While it is an adjustment, our payment terms are still far more favorable than that of our competitor, Vibrant. Vibrant's payment terms state that they will pay publishers within 45 business days (equivalent to 9 weeks) after their finalized report period of 15 days.
