In our continuous effort to improve our service, we have outlined in this email the top frequently asked questions with their corresponding answers.


How to Request Pouches

1. Fill out the Pouch Request Form,
2. Completely fill out all required fields
3. Allow us to process your request within 2-3 business days
4. Pouch Request should be submitted ahead of time. We highly suggest that you send your request a week before you ran out of pouches.

Financial Reconciliation Answer
When do I get paid for the orders that I have shipped? Lazada pays to the items that is DELIVERED net of returns within reconciliation period of 7 days (i.e. Monday-Sunday). Releasing of check is every Friday 2-5PM.
How will Lazada pay me if I'm Metro Manila-based merchant? Via cheque payment issued every Friday.
How will Lazada pay me if I'm provincial-based merchant? Lazada will make a bi-monthly deposit of checks available on their account.
When will I receive my check? Checks can only be collected from our Head Office, 5F Salustiana D. Ty Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati every Fridays, from 2-5pm only.
What should I bring/present before claiming my check? Completely filled out BIR form 2307(Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld At Source) and Collection Receipt.
What will I do if I did not receive my payment/check last week? 1. Check your Seller Center account, if the total payout is below 2,000, then it will be consolidated on the next week payout
2. Check the email address indicated on the Seller Center. Kindly check if it is updated.
3. Contact Partner Support Center if above steps are done.
If my check is below PHP 1,000, can it be included in my next cheque payment instead? Payments below P2,000 are included in the following week's cheque payment.
We don't have BIR form 2307,where can we have it? BIR form 2307 is downloadable at BIR Official Website or to this link: http://www.bir.gov.ph/birforms/form_cer.htm#2307
What are the things we need to fill-up on Form 2307?






You need to fill the BIR form 2307 with the following details:
- For the period: MONTH WHEN THE ACTUAL COLLECTION OF CHECK IS MADE
- Payee information: LAZADA E-SERVICES PHILIPPINES, INC.
- Lazada TIN # 008-220-457-000
- Registered address: 21st Floor, Philamlife Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City
- Payor information (merchant's information)
- EWT - Commission: Use code WC 515 for ATC column for the withholding tax of commission
- EWT - Supplier of services (for Shipping Fees) : Use code WC 120 for ATC column for the withholding
tax of shipping fees; On Amount of Income Payments column, the amount to be placed are
Commission net of VAT and Shipping Fee net of VAT; On the Tax Withheld for the Quarter, the
amount should be the 10% Withholding Tax of the Commission separate with the 2% WHT of
shipping fee
Why do we need BIR form 2307? Lazada makes payment of CWT to BIR through you. WHT is added to your receivable. In turn, for Lazada to claim for WHT, we need a proof(the form 2307 from you) that we paid for the CWT


Content Management Answer
Why is my product not visible on the website? There are certain reasons as to why products are not visible on the website: 1. Product Status not Active
2. Quality Check not yet approved.
3. Seller Status is not Active
4. Brand is not Active
5. Price < 0 and Stock < 0
6. Image Missing.
How long and how do I know if my product did not pass Quality Control? Please allow us to review the product within 5 business days from that date you submitted the product. Your product may either be rejected or approved which you can view in Seller Center.

To view the products, please log in to your Seller Center;

1. Go to Products - Manage Products
2. To view All pending items - Go to Inactive tab- click on Quality Approval Pending
3. To view Rejected items - Go to Image Missing or Poor Quality tab

Once an item with stocks is approved, it should show up in the Live tab. If it is in the Sold Out tab, kindly add stocks so that it can go live.
