We would like to remind you that you have pending orders based on our system. Remember that faster processing of orders leads to satisfied customers.

Customer experience is our top priority, kindly process these pending orders to avoid potential breaching of our standard lead time and subsequent cancellations by default that will follow.

Cancellations and penalties can be avoided by just following the simple procedures below:

a. Regular/daily stock update

b. Strictly follow Print - Pick - Pack - Ready to ship (Pick the item - pack the item then click on ready to ship)

c. Validate ONLY those items that are physically available at your warehouse. If you do not have the item in stock, kindly cancel the order (choose the option "OOS") in Seller Center.

d. Provide the replacement immediately for those items that failed our Q.C process.
