Article*: | I have been a customer since 2005 when we bought our first condo with your company and it has been a roller coaster ride. I believe your company has a big responsibility with your customers. If customers have issues it should be dealt with accordingly and not give them a run-a-round. We thought we invested in a company that will take care of us after being promised so many things and only to find out you guys cannot deliver. We bought a condo in Eastwood in 2005 and initially it was good but after a few months problems started and the last straw came when we finally occupied the unit that we found out it was not the gorgeous condo that was presented to us. As an investor we expect that what you have as a model would likely be SIMILAR to the final product but we were wrong. So many substandard items such as cracks, leaking toilets and substandard materials used. When complained it took several months to years before it was dealt with. When we miss a payment your company send letters or notification like a speeding bullet but when there are problems that your company has to address it takes you forever. Be reminded that the money we spent to purchase your property comes from hard -earned money especially for small people like us who try to make a better future for our selves and our family. Our biggest mistake was when we bought another condo in Cubao the Manhattan Parkway not knowing the problems we face with the Eastwood property. It got worse when the sales rep promised several things that he was not able to fulfill and even made us believe that he and his manager can handle it. We trusted them because we thought that a company as big as yours would screen and train your employees well but we were dead wrong. Since buying that condo in 2007 all it gave us was problems. We were given the run-a-round, employees come and go with no proper endorsement to the next person and so we go back to square one all the time. Remember this are hard earned money and we don't pick them from a tree. We are people who work hard for our money so we should not be taken for granted. This is very frustrating especially for people like us who are out of the country. We invest not just money but time and effort to make sure we comply with everything that your company needs to resolve any issue. I don't think P170,000.00 and P500,000.00 are small amount to ignore. Maybe for your company but not for us small people. Maybe through social media people especially the hard working Filipinos would know that this is how you treat your customers. I believe I am not the first and the only one complaining. Maybe it's about time that you guys should get your acts together. Sincerely, Rona and Chad |
